About Aidanfield
Stage 7 of Aidanfield’s development continues the story of what’s regarded as Christchurch’s most successful residential subdivision.
Aidanfield’s first residents arrived into Stage One in 2002. Since then, a total of 406 sections have been taken up and built on in carefully staged releases.
Aidanfield’s unhurried success is based on a theme of combining prestige, residential living with ample reserves and open space areas. This is together with sweeping views of the Port Hills to the east and the Southern Alps to the west - “everything good about living in Christchurch”.
