Subdivision and planning consent for Stage 7 was received from the Christchurch City Council in 2007.

Development has been in two stages with Stage 7A of 132 sections and Stage 7B of 96 sections, in total adding a further 228 sections to Aidanfield.

Marketing of Stage 7B commenced late in March 2010. See the next page under "Section Listings" for further information.

As for all previous stages, Aidanfield Holdings has entrusted the marketing and sales for Stage 7 to the well-known real estate firm of Simes Limited.
