Aidanfield Holdings was pleased to receive subdivision and planning consent for Stage 7 from the Christchurch City Council in 2007.

Stage 7 adds a further 229 sections to Aidanfield.

Work on preparing the 29.3 hectare area for the 229 sections is continuing, and 125 sections in Stage 7a are now available.

As for all previous stages, Aidanfield Holdings has entrusted the marketing and sales for Stage 7 to the well-known real estate firm of Simes Limited.
