Stage 7B marketing commenced in March 2010 and as at early November 2011 only one section (Lot 747) remains available for purchase, however within the subdivision some sites may be available as private re-sales. Ninety-five (95) of the available 96 sections are SOLD indicating a very strong market demand for these most attractive lots. ONLY ONE LOT REMAINS AVAILABLE IN STAGE 7B. This is Lot 747 being a reserve boundary site.
In Stage 7A, which was released earlier than Stage 7B, all lots have been sold.
Construction development of the 130 sections in the next Stage 8 adjacent to Halswell Road and Aidanfield Drive (except for a further 29 sections at the northern end adjacent to Templetons Road in the final Stage 9) commenced in October 2011. It is expected Stage 8 titles will be issued about August 2012 however marketing is likely to commence February/March 2012. Health & Safety issues will restrict public access until all subdivision construction work is completed.
In this attractive, recently-developed part of Christchurch, sections are in demand and community amenities close at hand.
