Stage 7B marketing commenced late in March 2010 and as at mid - June 2010 47 of the available 95 sections are sold or are under contract indicating a very strong market demand for these most attractive lots.
In Stage 7A, which was released earlier than Stage 7B, only 8 of the total 132 sections remain to be sold. Stage 7A lots still available for purchase are Lots 605, 607, 631, 636, 641, 693, 695 and 700.

Dry Creek Sections:
The following sections adjoin Dry Creek: Lots 760, 761, 762, 763, 764, 767 & 809. The Christchurch City Council is considering acquiring a stormwater easement along this potential flowpath. Until such time as negotiations with the council are completed the precise nature and terms of any easement cannot be established. Because Aidanfield Holdings and Simes Limited do not wish to make any misrepresentations these lots are reluctantly withheld from the market. Aidanfield Holding apologises for withdrawing these lots due to matters entirely beyond its control.
